tap2get.app provides smart link management that detects user platforms (iOS, Android, Huawei, Desktop) and redirects to the appropriate app store or URL. The Service also includes QR code generation, click analytics, and link management tools.
3. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, illegal content, or any material that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to disable any link or account that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by tap2get.app and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features or data associated with the higher tier.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall tap2get.app be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
